Recitals- Recitals are held twice a year and are a great opportunity for students to showcase their progress. Recital performances are a platform where many learning experiences occur. Children learn the discipline to work hard to perfect their piece in preparation of the recital which boosts their self esteem because they have mastered a piece and in many cases are able to memorize them. They learn to overcome anxieties that may come with stage fright. In addition coming together and hearing other's perform is a great way for students to continue to be inspired and encouraged to play.
